Don't cry! Why would I want to take my anger out on my family? That would be cruel! I'd far rather take it out on no-hope maggots such as yourself...
BYW, is post #1 the director's cut or post #2, or is that the special edition?
---------------------------------------------
shouldn't you be taking your anger out on your family or something austin?!!! I mean
did someone shove a stick up your arse or what??!!
Why don't you go out onto the street start a conversation with someone then tell
em their a dick head instead of hiding behind your monitor like a little boy who had
he's sweeties taken away.

I saw Pearl Harbor at an advance screening for movie theater employees (since I know every person that works at the local theater). I saw it for free, and the entire group I was with walked out about half way through. It's the only movie I've ever walked out of.
Pearl Harbor can also be attributed to severe depression and many painful things that happened in my life in the month after I saw the movie, but the connection might seem a bit questionable to some (but I swear it is actually there!).
For a while I thought Michael Bay should just be shot, but now that I actually think about it again (instead of just taking a bunch of Tylox and passing out to forget the pain of the 1.5 hours I actually watched the movie) I think Michael Bay should be shot, ressurected, then shot again. Repeat as many times as is neccessary.
I found it painful and embarassing to film as an artistic medium that such a worthless movie would gain any sort of acceptance and actually make back the money it took to produce it.
Is it obvious I didn't like the movie very much? Let me make it more obvious--I hated Pearl Harbor with a passion that exceeds even my passionate hatred for Extra Terestrial Anal probing.

I suppose the battles were alright if you like computer graphics (aargh!) but overall it was a shallow as I expected. Most of the current generation of directors have no ideas to express so they rely on flashy visuals. The fact that some people here actually think Bay is a good director suggests we're in for even more shallow films in the future!

"I wish I was but never will be bitch." Why do you wish you were a bitch, silly?
Why does everything come down to violence with you? Well, you are Irish/American, after all so what else can we expect from your kind? Keep giving your donations to the Real IRA and if you're lucky they might blow me up (along with some innocent children).

P.S. Why do you want to put me on my back, so you can try and fuck me? Thank you, but I'd rather not catch your AIDS bug. Go f*ck your mother.

Austin all you've gone on about since you started posting is fucknuts turds and references to homosexual stuff like shafting turd pipes etc, you don't have to rebel against your homosexual tendencies I'd just rather you faced them rather than trying to be clever by slagging everyone off, it's not like you need a brain to slate something there's a natural critic in all of us.
Really your becoming boring and predictable and you've not been on here five minutes, yawn. Most of us realised its unproductive childish and basically rubbish to slate everyone 's opinion without even entertaining us with a valid argument.
Your the most insecure person I've ever had the unpleasant misfortune to come into contact with, you don't even have the balls to mention films you hold dear to your heart afraid that everyone here out of spite may slag them off!!

Is it possible to have a pleasant misfortune?
"you don't even have the balls to mention films you hold dear to your heart afraid that everyone here out of spite may slag them off!! "
I don't most of you candle-stick makers would have heard of them. I mean, a lot of you actually think Bay is good film-maker! Really, what hope is there? As we move further into the third millenium, has it really come to this? I afraid the answer is: yes.

JUST HOLD ON THERE ONE SECOND, BUDDY BOY!
Let's get one thing straight: I haven't even seen Pearl Harbour, so don't have a go at me for slagging it off. I haven't been to the cinema since I was quadro-spazed on a life-glug about two months ago.
I didn't even start this thread and the only Bay film I've seen is Bad Boys, so just leave it.

HOLD ON 3 SECONDS.
You are talking about someones visions and there creation. Filmmaking as you all should know is not an easy task and I think that this film does deserve some credits before you completely trash it.
First of I agree that the story line was shamefull but you should know that Micheal Bay doesn't make movies with great drama just action.
I thought that the photography was beautiful and the recreation of Pearl Harbor has nice too.
Just remember before you completely trash someone else's film, look at as being your own film and how you would feel about someething you put 2 years worth of work into.
